1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the WealthAI mobile app or website (“App”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use the App. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to your use.

3) Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions. Some features (e.g., “Pro”) are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions billed by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  • Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Pricing & taxes. Prices may vary by region and include applicable taxes where required. If prices change, the new price applies at your next renewal.
  • Free trials. If offered, trials convert to paid unless canceled at least 24 hours before they end. Limit one trial per store account unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.

4) Manage, Cancel, Restore

iOS Manage / cancel in:

  • Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions
  • or App Store → Account → Subscriptions

Android Manage / cancel in:

  • Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases in-app (tap Restore Purchases). Access continues until the end of the current paid period after cancellation.

5) Account & In-App Deletion

  • Security. You’re responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
  • Delete in-app. You can request deletion in the app (Profile → Account → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and removes your profile content stored by WealthAI after any legally required retention.
  • Re-authentication. For your security, we may require you to sign in again to confirm deletion.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) reverse-engineer or disrupt the App; (c) upload malicious code; (d) circumvent purchase or usage limits; or (e) use the App to generate or disseminate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

7) Content & Intellectual Property

  • App content. The App, including text, design, logos, and code, is owned by WealthAI or its licensors and protected by IP laws.
  • Your content. You retain rights to content you input or create (e.g., saved ideas). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the App. You must ensure your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • AI outputs. Some features use AI provided by third-party providers (currently OpenAI). By using these features, you instruct us to process your prompts, goals, and related content with those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, may not be unique to you, and are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for how you use or act on any outputs.

8) No Financial/Professional Advice

WealthAI provides educational information and tools only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice and do not guarantee outcomes. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

9) Third-Party Services

We use third parties to operate the App, including but not limited to:

  • Apple App Store / Google Play (billing)
  • RevenueCat (purchase entitlements)
  • Firebase (authentication)
  • OpenAI (AI generation and processing of your prompts and related content)

Your use of these services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10) Notifications & Communications

With your permission, the App may send push notifications (e.g., reminders, tips). You can control this in device settings. We may also send administrative emails about your account.

11) Changes to the App & Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time and can delete your account as described above.

13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

14) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold WealthAI, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and fees arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Colorado, USA or via binding arbitration where required/allowed by law. If arbitration applies, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
